This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom 1225 square foot home offers a spacious layout and amenities for guests' enjoyment such as a large swimming pool with spa jets, covered cabana area, outdoor dining table with umbrella, pool lounge chairs, assorted pool floats, beach chairs and toys.

Living Room- Large sofa sleeper sectional with sitting chair, end tables, coffee table, lamps and flat screen tv. 

Formal Dining Area / Kitchen Dining Area - Located off living room and offers table seating for 4, additional chairs and table are located in the kitchen dining area and has another table & 4 chair. 

Kitchen- A well-appointed kitchen offers range offers abundant counter space, oven/stove, dishwasher, and spacious refrigerator. Plenty of cabinetry is open for your stay for grocery storage. 

Primary Suite - King size bed with dresser and closet space. French doors line the rear wall and open out to the pool deck and cabana area. 

Hallway Full Bathroom - Full bathroom with shower, vanity and closet with additional towels and linens for guest use. 

Guest Suite - Two twin beds with dresser and closet. 

Guest En-Suite Bathroom - Full bathroom with shower & vanity, 

Laundry- A full-size washer and dryer are located in the primary suite. 

Workspace- There is a workspace / desk and chair in the kitchen dining area for guests working remotely. 

Yard: The back yard / pool area is full fenced and for guest privacy.
