The fully stocked kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring a stove, oven, refrigerator, grill, microwave, lobster pot, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, kitchen island, toaster, and all the dishes and utensils you need to create delicious meals. Gather around the dining table for memorable meals with your loved ones.

Unwind in the comfortable living room, or step out onto the balcony to take in the sights and sounds of the surrounding area. Enjoy the outdoor play area for some family fun. With air conditioning, heating, and linens provided, you'll have everything you need for a relaxing and carefree stay.

Each spacious bedroom has a closet and comfortable beds and bedding. On the main floor you will find 3 bedrooms with 2 queen beds and 1 with 2 single beds. There is a full size bathroom for the first floor to share. The top floor is the primary suite and runs the entire length of the upstairs. The primary suite has a king size bed, walk in closet, private patio and en suite full bathroom!

The main floor of the home also have a huge screened in lanai. Perfect to dine and enjoy your evenings throughout the year.

The grounds of the home are fully fenced with large pool (heated in winter months for small additional fee) comfortable covered sitting area, outdoor grill, 65’ bulkhead. There is 1 open boat lift that can accommodate up to a 30’ boat under 15K lbs. An additional 30K boat lift is also available for additional charge. If you do not opt in for that lift the owners boat will remain stored on the larger lift but you can still comfortably access the smaller lift for your boat. Downstairs also has a storage room for your fishing supplies and has a bait / ice freezer available for your use during your stay.

This home has quick access to both the Gulf and Atlantic via a deep water canal and if close to some of the BEST fishing & lobster hunting in The Florida Keys.

RATE DISCLOSURE:

* Pet Disclosure: If you plan on brining a dog you MUST get a pre-approval prior to booking. We have a maximum pet occupancy of 1 dog that may not exceed 50 lbs. There is a pet fee of $20.00 per day for the pet and will REDUCE your total occupancy by 1 person. Fees must be paid and arranged prior to check in.

***Pool Heater Disclosure: Pool heat is optional from November 15-May 15 and is and ADD ON charge of an additional $20.00 per day and must be arranged prior to check in. Pool heat is NOT included in rental rates.

NOTE: Owner keeps their personal watercraft on the 20,000 lb lift but the 15,000 lb lift is available for guest use with signed liability waiver and proof of vessel insurance.
