From this vibrant, luxurious retreat you will enjoy crystal clear canal access to a 40-foot private dock, a tropical micro pool, a thoughtfully stocked chef’s kitchen, BBQ grill, under home patio haven, under-house covered parking for two vehicles, a private yard, fire pit, business-grade Wi-Fi, and handpicked décor throughout for an elevated, idyllic stay.

The waters surrounding the Saddlebunch Keys and most of the Lower Keys coastal waters are very shallow – 1 to 3 feet deep. Generally, boats must not draft more than 18 inches in order to make it across the bay reef accessed via our canal to the open waters of the Atlantic and Gulf of Mexico.

Geiger Key Marina is located 10-minutes from our home and offers boat ramp access, there are several public boat ramps for open water access on both Shark and Sugarloaf Keys as well as Stock Island. Additional information on alternate boat ramps in our local area is available upon request.

Our home offers a private, fenced yard with space to store your boat and tow trailer. Our home offers a

dock-side automatic 10,000# elevator boat lift with 25’ tracks. Use of our boat lift requires advance

notice/ approval. Use of shore power requires additional fee and notice of power needs prior to your stay.

Proof of current boat insurance and registration must be received prior to occupancy to use the lift.

Repair fees for damage will be billed to guests following departure.
