The 50’ seawall and dock are just steps outside your front door for easy boarding and storage.

The Venture Out facility offers, tennis courts, pool, spa, pickle ball court, clubhouse, general store, fuel dock and launch ramp. This is a boaters paradise!

Detailed Information:

Parking: 1 standard vehicle or car and 1 boat up to 50’ along the sea wall. Boat trailer must be stored in the overflow lot and not at the home. Trailer storage is $15.00 additional per day.

Living Room: Full size couch with two sitting chairs, 45” TV with basic cable and internet, oversized windows.

Dining Area: Formal dining area for up to 4 guests.

Kitchen: Quaint kitchen with large counter tops and abundant storage. Oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher. There is a lot of cooking and baking utensils & equipment for guest use.

Bedroom 1- Queen size bed, closet, washer & dryer

Bedroom 2- Queen size bed, closet, 35” tv with basic cable

Bathroom 1- Full size bathroom with shower / tub combo and vanity.

Bathroom 2- Full size bathroom with shower and vanity

Outdoor Covered Seating: Conversation set with couch and 2 chairs.

Dock: 50’ Seawall / Dock

When you arrive at Venture Out Resort, you will go to the Venture Out Office (or the Guard Gate if it is after hours) and pay a charge of $109.50 Gate Entry Fee for the use of the Venture Out amenities and to receive your parking pass. This gives you full usage of the pool, Jacuzzi, marina, tennis courts, playground, and more. Cash or check only is accepted for this fee.

Only one car, one motorcycle and one battery powered golf cart is permitted at each lot. Transportation vehicles must fit in the driveway or will have to be moved into overflow parking for a nightly fee. If you have an extra car, boat trailer, or jet ski trailer you will need to park them in the overflow parking lot and pay the appropriate nightly fee up to 14 days maximum pending availability. (The rates are $2-$4 per night depending on size). NO COMMERCIAL VEHICLES ALLOWED. THERE IS NO GUARANTEE, IMPLIED OR OTHERWISE, THAT VENTURE OUT WILL PROVIDE ANY OVERFLOW PARKING SPACES FOR ADDITIONAL UNIT BOAT TRAILERS OR VEHICLES. PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY.

IF YOU ARRIVE WITH MORE THAN 4 PEOPLE OR THE MAXIMUM ALLOWED IN THE RENTAL UNIT, YOU WILL NOT BE PERMITTED INTO THE PARK AND NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.
