A 3rd guest room is located on the main floor of the home and offers 2 twin beds (can be converted to an additional King upon request) and a full bathroom is located in the hallway.

The living room has a sofa (with sleeper), sitting chairs and flatscreen smart TV. Formal dining is located next to the living room and can accommodate up to 8 persons. An efficient kitchen with plenty of storage is well equipped for your stay. An additional outdoor lanai is located off the 3rd bedroom and living room and allows for outdoor dining and relaxing.

The large shared pool has plenty of loungers and covered areas for your year round comfort. Also located on site is a shared fitness center.

Close to the home you will find the Key West Golf Club (located right across the Hwy), Stock Island Marina & Yacht Club, Murrays Marina, Hogfish Bar & Grill, Roostica, Dolphin Deli, The Perry Hotel are all within walking distance of the unit.

Travel to downtown is simple with just a 4 mile drive or bike with paved walking paths to safely take you to the city center. Uber & Taxi’s are readily available to and from Key West to The Flight Deck.

There is covered parking for 2 vehicles and also a full size washer & dryer in the unit.

This home is offered on a 28 day minimal rental basis. There are no pets allowed in this unit.
