Large floor to ceiling French doors open to the rear patio where you will find a HUGE pool, outdoor covered conversation seating with ceiling fans, dining area and sun loungers. Surrounded by a 6 foot privacy fence, mature landscaping with enchanting trees and palms. This back patio and pool area will be great no matter the season.
A curved staircase brings you to the second floor of the home where you will find all 3 bedrooms equipped with one king bed in the primary suite and two queens in the guest suites. Each side of the home (front & back) offers an outdoor patio with covered seating. All closets have a flat screen smart TV’s, ceiling fans, closets and chest of drawers. Each room is spacious and offers an abundance of light.
POOL AREA: Large, oversized pool located in the back yard is surrounded by decks and has ample seating and loungers for your ultimate enjoyment.
PARKING: There is one covered parking space in the driveway of the home. Additional vehicles may park along the road on Flagler at no charge.
LOCATION: The home is in the perfect location to be far enough out of the hustle of Key West but still close enough to walk or bike to town. You are also just 2 blocks from White Street Pier, Higgs Beach, Casa Marina Resort and seasonal weekly Artist Market.
